Terms, Privacy and Refund policy

Plain-language rules for ordering NFC cards and a hosted page from NFClanding. Questions about any of this: orders@nfclanding.com.

Effective September 29, 2026. NFClanding is a registered trade name (DBA) in Pennsylvania, USA. Contact: orders@nfclanding.com.

Terms of service

These terms apply to nfclanding.com, the pages we build and host for clients, and the cards we sell. By requesting a free mockup, approving a card or paying for an order you agree to them.

1. What we provide

  • Your page — a web page for your business, built by us from the information you give us and from public sources, hosted at nfclanding.com under a name based on your business.
  • Your cards — NFC cards printed with the approved design, each chip programmed to open your page and locked, with a QR code on the back that opens the same page.
  • Hosting and updates — we host the page and update its content when you ask.

2. How ordering works

  • Free mockup. You request it; we build your page and design your card at no cost and with no obligation. Until you order, the page is a preview: it carries a “Preview” note and is not listed in search engines. If you don’t order within 14 days of our “your page is ready” email, we may take the preview down. We can bring it back on request.
  • Changes before printing are unlimited and free — reply to our email.
  • Approval. On your order page you confirm that you have checked the card — name, phone, address, spelling — and approve it for printing. We print exactly the design you approved. Content you approved is your responsibility; see the Refund policy for what happens with mistakes.
  • Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars, as listed on nfclanding.com, and the total is shown before you pay. Payment is due in full before printing. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
  • Production and delivery. Printing and programming start after payment. Cards normally arrive within 2–3 weeks of payment for orders of up to 250 cards and within 3–4 weeks for 500 and 1,000 cards, shipping within the United States included. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We ship outside the United States only by separate agreement.

3. Your request and the information we gather

  • By sending a request you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business named in it, and you agree that we use what you send us — the form, your notes, the logo and photos — to build your page and your card.
  • You also agree that we gather publicly available information about your business to build the page: from your website, your Google Business Profile and Google Maps listing, and public directories and social pages (for example Yelp, Healthgrades, Facebook, Instagram). That means the business name, address, phone, email, hours, services, insurance accepted, booking links, the names, roles and published photos of your team, your logo and your public ratings and review counts. We use it only for your page and your card, we keep to what is already public, and we change or remove anything on your request.
  • The page is built for your approval: until you order it is a preview, and you are responsible for checking that what it shows is accurate.

4. Your content and responsibilities

  • You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use the name, logo, photos and texts you send. You allow us to use them to build, print and host your page and cards.
  • Your business stays responsible for the laws that apply to it — advertising, licensing, professional rules and the privacy of your own customers. Your page does not collect personal data from your customers unless you ask us to add such a feature.
  • The page and cards may not be used for unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may decline a request or remove content that breaks these terms.

5. Hosting and updates

  • Hosting is included with your order, without a subscription, for as long as NFClanding operates. Updates to the content of your page — hours, team, phone, photos — are free; email us.
  • The NTAG213 chip on your cards is locked to the address of your page, and we keep that address working. A different address needs new cards.
  • If we ever discontinue the service, we will notify you by email at least 90 days in advance and, where we can, help you point the address elsewhere.

6. Intellectual property

  • We own the design system, templates and code behind the pages and the card layouts. You receive a non-exclusive right to use them as part of your page and your cards.
  • You own your name, logo, photos and texts.
  • We may mention your business as a client and show your page as an example of our work. If you would rather we didn’t, email us and we won’t.

7. Warranties and liability

  • The cards work with phones that have NFC; phones without it use the QR code. Your page depends on third-party services we don’t control — hosting networks, Google Maps, your booking provider — and may be briefly unavailable when they are.
  • Except for what the Refund policy promises, the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost customers.

8. General

  • We write to you from orders@nfclanding.com about your page and your order; replying to those emails is how you ask for changes.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and disputes are handled by the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
  • We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its effective date.

Privacy policy

What we collect, why, where it goes and how long it stays. We collect only what is needed to build your page, make your cards and talk to you. We don’t sell personal data and don’t use it for advertising.

1. What we collect and why

  • When you request a mockup or an order: the business name and website, your name, email and phone, the card and quantity you picked, your notes, the files you upload (logo, photos), the page the form was sent from, your browser type and a hashed, non-reversible form of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse of the form. Purpose: to build your page and card, answer you and fulfil the order.
  • The version of the Terms you agreed to: the request form has a checkbox; we store with your request the date of the Terms in force when you sent it.
  • Public information about your business, gathered to build your page: from your website, your Google Business Profile and Maps listing, and public directories and social pages — name, address, phone, email, hours, services, insurance, booking links, team members’ names, roles and published photos, logo, ratings and review counts. Purpose: to build the page and the card you asked for. We don’t gather anything about your customers or patients.
  • When you approve your card: the name you type, the quantity, the time and a hashed IP address — our record that the design was approved.
  • When you pay: Stripe processes the payment and passes us your name, email, billing and shipping address and the payment status. We never receive your full card number; Stripe’s privacy policy applies on the payment page.
  • When we email you: our email provider records whether the message was delivered.
  • When you visit nfclanding.com or a page we host: we use no analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — for security, for a limited time. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. The demo video on our homepage is a YouTube embed that loads only after you press play. Pages we host may show a Google rating fetched from Google’s API and link to Google Maps. The “My appointment” feature stores the date you enter in your own browser only, and a page you add to your home screen is cached on your device only.

2. Files you upload

Logos and photos go into private storage in the United States (Supabase) and are deleted 90 days after you send them. The copies we placed on your page and card remain part of the page for as long as it is hosted.

3. How long we keep records

Request and order records stay for as long as we host your page and as long as business and tax rules require us to keep them. Preview pages that were never ordered are removed after they expire.

4. Who processes data for us

Supabase (database, file storage, email sending), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email routing), Google (fonts, maps, reviews) and YouTube (the demo video). Our printing and shipping partners receive the approved card design, the quantity and the shipping address. Each of them may only use the data to provide its service to us.

5. Your choices and rights

Email orders@nfclanding.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails about your order; we answer within 30 days. Where state privacy laws give you further rights, you have them — and we don’t sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising in any case.

6. Visitors of pages we host

The business named on a page is the owner of its content; we host it. We collect no personal data from visitors beyond the server logs described above. Questions about a business’s own practices go to that business; questions about hosting go to us.

7. Children and security

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. Everything travels over HTTPS, files are kept in private storage, and access to records is limited to the people who work on your order.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced by email to clients with an active order or page.

Refund policy

You see your page and your card before paying, and you pay only after you approve the card. That is why the rules below are short.

Before you pay

The mockup is free and there is nothing to refund. If you don’t order, nothing happens.

After you pay, before printing

You can cancel for any reason within 24 hours of paying — email us and we refund the full amount. After 24 hours the cards go to print.

After printing

  • The cards are custom-made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, and we can’t refund a change of mind, a wrong quantity, or an error in the content you approved. If the approved design contains a mistake, we will offer a reprint at a reduced price.
  • Our mistake is on us. If the cards differ from the approved design, are defective, don’t open your page, or arrive damaged, we reprint them free of charge — or refund the order if you prefer. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo.
  • Lost in transit. If the tracking shows the shipment was lost, we send a new set free of charge.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 10 business days of our confirmation. Your page and its hosting are free, so no refund applies to them; the page stays up after a refund only if you ask us to keep it.

Before opening a dispute with your bank, please write to orders@nfclanding.com — we resolve problems faster than a chargeback does.
